105 Wooster Street

Casting iron into gold

The urban facade of SoHo boasts the greatest collection of cast-iron architecture in the world. This historic district is also one of the world’s most established retail districts fueled, in part, by international and luxury tourism. Surrounded by posh residences, boutique hotels and high fashion retailers — including Chanel, Tiffany & Co., Balenciaga, Tory Burch and Ray-Ban — the 40,000 square feet of 105 Wooster Street hit the market needing glamour to attract a new flagship presence.

Square360 created a cosmopolitan identity package to market one of the largest blocks of space in trendy retail.
